1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LuxStyle AI application ("App") developed by Bumin Studios ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LuxStyle AI is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to generate and edit images using artificial intelligence technology. The App offers various tools including virtual try-on, scene generation, and professional photo enhancement.

3. User Accounts & Credits

• New users receive a limited number of free credits upon first download.
• Additional credits can be earned by watching rewarded video advertisements.
• Credits can also be purchased through in-app purchases.
• Pro subscription provides unlimited access to all features.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload images that infringe on others' intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Share or redistribute AI-generated content in ways that violate applicable laws
• Create deepfake or misleading content intended to deceive or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Bumin Studios and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
• AI-generated output images are licensed to you for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.
• We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated images may not always be perfect or accurate. We do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it publicly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bumin Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
